KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

· Verify that all submissions adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal standards. · Maintain a database of qualified suppliers and communicate with them during the tender process. · Track submission timelines and ensure all documents are delivered on time. · Collaborate with departments like finance, legal, and operations to gather necessary inputs. · Use systems like ICBM or other procurement tools to monitor bid status and generate reports. · Organize and archive all tender-related files for easy retrieval and audit purposes. · Review and refine bid content to ensure clarity, professionalism, and competitiveness. · Respond to client queries, submit clarifications, and manage prequalification documents. · Facilitate the transition of awarded contracts to relevant teams and ensure proper documentation.
