VHG was founded to deliver advisory service and end-to-end back office support and to meet all the HR and Payroll needs of South African SMMEs.

Managing HR in the workplace requires a wide range of processes, compliance; including linking HR Strategy to Business Strategy, contracts and policy development, creating accurate job descriptions, managing employee relations, recruitment and selection (Acquisition), HR information systems and as well as Payroll and other HR services. It further requires compliance with SARS, DOL and other statutory bodies depending on the sector.

Our consulting team has over 30 years of People Management experience, gained from working with top Blue Chip and Multinationals with best practise.  We are also members of the SA Board for People Practices and the Top Women Leaders. As such, we are well-positioned to provide advanced and personalised HR solutions that extend beyond strategic alignment, compliance, administration, effective people relations and business continuity.

We are a licensed franchisee for the HR Information System ‘PeoplePlus’ as well as for Talenger, which allows us to offer automation support for our clients.
